Never worked out in your life? Here at my gym I combine free weights with compound movements such as squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

Ruck Strength Training & Cardio Circuit

Welcome to the foundation of Rucking. During this class I will teach you what rucking is and how to ruck. I will teach you how to pack your ruck and the placement of the ruck on your body.

Metcon (Metabolic Conditioning) workouts

Here we incorporate cardio intervals between rope exercises to help you build leaner muscles. This class is for those who enjoy CrossFit style workouts.

Intermediate Strength Training II

You are not a beginner anymore, now it’s time to start grinding. Workouts will become a bit more challenging but worth while and fulfilling in the end.

Ruck Strength Training/Obstacle Course

This class includes going on rucks and also in between rucks we will conduct obstacle courses. Time to get RUGGED!
